By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in our programs, or utilizing any of our treatment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

New Wave Recovery Center provides substance use disorder treatment services, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Educational programs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our Services are intended solely for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders and their support systems. The content of our website and Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Eligibility<\/b><\/h2>\n

    To be eligible to receive treatment services from New Wave Recovery Center, you must:<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. Registration and Account Security<\/b><\/h2>\n

      When you register for our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Payment Terms and Insurance<\/b><\/h2>\n

      5.1 Payment Responsibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

      You are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred for services provided by New Wave Recovery Center, regardless of insurance coverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.2 Insurance<\/b><\/h3>\n

      We will bill your insurance company directly for covered services when possible. However, if your insurance company denies payment for any reason, you will be responsible for payment. It is your responsibility to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Verify your insurance benefits before beginning treatment<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Obtain any necessary pre-authorizations<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Pay any copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts at the time services are rendered<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Pay for any services not covered by your insurance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5.3 Self-Pay<\/b><\/h3>\n

        If you do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance, payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.4 Payment Methods<\/b><\/h3>\n

        We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. A fee may be charged for returned checks.<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.5 Late Payments and Collections<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Accounts more than 60 days past due may be referred to a collection agency. You will be responsible for any collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs associated with collecting delinquent accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

        6. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h2>\n

        We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of any scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in discharge from the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7. Program Rules and Expectations<\/b><\/h2>\n

        While participating in our programs, you agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Abstain from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Participate actively in treatment<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Treat staff and other clients with respect<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Comply with all facility rules and policies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Violation of these rules may result in discharge from the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8. Termination of Services<\/b><\/h2>\n

          New Wave Recovery Center reserves the right to terminate services for any client in the following circumstances:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Violation of program rules<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Threatening or violent behavior<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Possession of weapons, alcohol, or illegal drugs on facility premises<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Failure to attend scheduled appointments without proper notification<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Failure to pay for services as agreed<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Lack of progress in treatment or unwillingness to engage in the treatment process<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Medical or psychiatric conditions that require a higher level of care than we can provide<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            9. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>\n

            9.1 Ownership<\/b><\/h3>\n

            All content on our website and materials provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of New Wave Recovery Center or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO BRINGING THE CLAIM.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.<\/span><\/p>\n
